Unleashed

There was once a house made entirely of wood that sat upon a grassy hill. It was a beautiful house with a blue finish, a white door, and green shutters. Within the house lived nothing but beautifully crafted glass cups. They all had similar appearances, however no two cups were the same. They even had different names. Whoever created these cups was a master craftsman. But of these cups, there was one cup in particular that had a major influence on me. This cup's name was Agapi. Agapi was a small cup that couldn't hold much water. Agapi was sitting on a wooden table when Someone poured water into Agapi until he was about halfway full. He was able to hold the water, however he found that the water was weighing him down. Then someone poured more water into Agapi until he was filled to the brim. Agapi found it difficult to hold all of this water. Then the person poured water into Agapi continuously to the point where he was overflowing. The water surrounded Agapi on the table, and made him slip. Agapi fell over and broke into pieces.
The reason I share this story is because this is the way that most people deal with their problems. They let the problems fill them up inside, and they never talk about them with others. It gets to the point in which all of the person's problems come pouring out. We have been told not to cry. We have been told not to yell. And we have been told to keep our issues to ourselves. But if we follow what society tells us is the right thing to do, then it will lead to our downfall. We need to do whatever is necessary to relieve ourselves from tension. And we must put all of our problems before God so that he can show us the right way to deal with them. Otherwise we are like dogs on a leash. Society is pulling is one direction, when we want and need to be somewhere else. That leash is holding us back from everything that we can be. We just need to express ourselves.
So, if you feel like crying, then cry. If you feel exasperated, stick your head in a pillow and scream. But above all, talk about your problems. If you do this, you will be Unleashed.
